This white wine focused experience is meant to impress! Enjoy a flight of our inaugural traditional style sparkling wine, the new release of our Chardonnay (and our winemakers favorite wine) and our 22nd vintage of Alibi perfectly paired with burrata. We’ll guide you through our Winemaker and Master of Wine Ross’s style and why we chose this food pairing for each of these wines in a comfortable seated vineyard setting. Learn the intricacies of our winemaking style and discover the most sought-after wines from the South Okanagan.

This flight includes 1 glass of bubbles, 1 glass of Chardonnay and 1 glass of Alibi accompanied by 1 whole burrata, crackers and other accompaniments.

Tasting fees are $45 per guest, plus tax. All seated tastings are pay at table upon the conclusion of your experience. Please complete check-out to secure your reservation and a confirmation e-mail will follow.

Late Arrivals

Table reservations will be held for 15 minutes, otherwise your reservation will be forfeited. New reservations may be issued, subject to availability.

No-Show Fee

Seated tastings and dining reservations require a credit card upon booking to secure your reservation. If you are unable to make your reservation, we require a 24 hour cancellation notification. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a $10 per guest charge.

Children under 19 and Designated Drivers

We must account for all guests including children and infants. If you have guests under 19 years of age or designated drivers in your group and your reservation does not reflect this, please call our Concierge at 1-888-505-5537 to adjust it accordingly.
