At this guided tasting at Red Rooster, we’ll walk through the evolution of cheese one pairing at a time. Taste four cheeses alongside four wines and discover how this enduring favourite has earned its place at the table.

It’s equal parts delicious and educational, with plenty to sip, savour, and talk about along the way.
