Our Portfolio tasting experience is our signature five-wine flight and the perfect introduction to our wines. You’ll enjoy a selection of our famed estate white and red wines, including the iconic Nota Bene. Each wine has been carefully crafted by winemaker and Master of Wine, Ross Wise, to showcase the unique terroir of the Black Sage Bench and the passion and dedication that goes into every bottle we produce.

Late Arrivals
Table reservations will be held for 15 minutes, otherwise your reservation will be forfeited. New reservations may be issued, subject to availability.
No-Show Fee
Seated tastings and dining reservations require a credit card upon booking to secure your reservation. If you are unable to make your reservation, we require a 24 hour cancellation notification. Failure to cancel your reservation will result in a $10 per guest charge.
Children under 19 and Designated Drivers
We must account for all guests including children and infants. If you have guests under 19 years of age or designated drivers in your group and your reservation does not reflect this, please call our Concierge at 1-888-505-5537 to adjust it accordingly.
