Start your Sunday with a little fresh air, a good stretch, and one of the best views on the Naramata Bench.
Join us every Sunday from May 17th to September 6th for outdoor yoga at Red Rooster.
From 10:00 am to 11:00 am, enjoy a refreshing start to your day surrounded by vineyard views.
Bring your own mat and stay after class for $8 glasses of wine or a wine slushy.

Reservations are recommended. Our teams will do their best to accommodate walk-ins whenever possible. We must account for all guests including designated drivers and children. If you have designated drivers or guests over 3 years of age in your group, you must reserve a seat for them. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.
