CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. HOW TO ENTER & ELIGIBILITY
To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps during the contest period:

• Follow @mywinelife.club, @pellerwines, and @riverbendinnnotl on Instagram.
• Like the official contest post.
• Tag the person you would bring if selected as the winner. Each tag in the comments counts as one (1) entry.
• One (1) bonus entry may be earned by sharing the contest post to your Instagram Story and tagging @mywinelife.club so the entry can be verified.

Contest runs December 5, 2025 to January 9, 2025 at 11:59PM.

No purchase necessary. To be eligible, entry must be received on or before end of contest closing date. To be eligible, you must be an Ontario resident 19 years of age or older. No other form of participation accepted. Entrants are only permitted to make a single submission into the contest per entry method. Duplicate entries, or near duplicate entries, will result in disqualification. Multiple posts of the same entry will not be accepted. Employees of Andrew Peller Limited are not eligible for the prize.

By accepting these Contest Rules, entrants agree to that any and all liability related to this contest is limited to the value of the Prize(s) as defined hereinafter.

2. THE PRIZE
There will be one (1) prize package awarded. The winner will receive the following:

• 1 Night Accommodation at Riverbend Inn (1 Premier Room)
• Breakfast at the Oaklands Restaurant at Riverbend Inn
• Complimentary Wine Tasting for two at Peller Estates

Total prize value: Approximately $750

Prize must be accepted as awarded and with no substitutions, is/are not transferable unless set out in the Contest Rules and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner (1) must redeem prize between January 12, 2025 and March 31, 2026. Blackout dates may apply. Subject to availability. Transportation is not included. Any upgrades or additional room charges not included.

Blackout dates: February 14, 2026.

Prize Provider reserves the right to substitute any portion of a Prize with a Prize of equivalent value if such prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The chances of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.

3. THE DRAW
A random draw for the Prize will take place on January 12, 2025 by a Andrew Peller Ltd. representative. Selected entrants will be notified by direct message on instagram. If the selected entrants do not respond within three (3) business days or if the selected entrants do not meet any of the contest requirements, another entrant will be selected from the remaining eligible entries. Winners must reside within Ontario and make reservations with our Wine Country Concierge team to redeem.

4. PRIVACY
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes in all media used by Andrew Peller Ltd., without payment or compensation. Entrants agree to Andrew Peller Limited’s use of the entrants’ personal information that may include contacting you regarding limited time offers, promotional offers and/or surveys.

5. OTHER
All entries become the property of Andrew Peller Ltd. Andrew Peller Ltd. assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged entries. Andrew Peller Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, cancel or suspend this contest without prior notice. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with or unlawful in any way. Entries submitted by unauthorized means will be disqualified. In the event that it has been determined that an entry has been made in a manner not sanctioned by these rules and/or an entrant has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant and all his/her entries will be disqualified. Entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of the contest judges, which are final. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you won’t be paid for your Entry or receive any form of compensation from Andrew Peller Ltd. for your Entry, and that Andrew Peller Ltd. shall have the right to display your Entry whenever and wherever required for purposes of Andrew Peller Ltd.

You warrant and represent that you own all rights to your Entry. You hereby waive all intellectual property rights, privacy/publicity rights and other legal and moral rights that might preclude Andrew Peller Ltd. or its affiliate’s use of your Entry, and you agree not to sue or assert any claim against Andrew Peller Ltd. for the use of your Entry or your Likeness or statements.
