Step onto the Back Deck at Thirty Bench Wine Makers and discover how great wines evolve with time. Our 45-minute Back Vintage Deck Experience invites you to compare our older vintages alongside their current releases in a relaxed, guided tasting.
Using professional wine tools such as Decanters and aroma enhancing glassware, our team will demonstrate how oxygen, structure, and aging transform a wine’s character over time. Along the way, enjoy a curated selection of artisanal cheeses to highlight the evolving aromas, textures and flavours.
This intimate deck-side tasting is a fun and engaging way to deepen your appreciation for how wines develop from vibrant and youthful to layered and complex.
