Join us once a month for our uniquely themed Exclusive Pairing Experience. Hosted in our Private Dining Room in The Winery Restaurant at Peller Estates, this interactive dinner starts with a glass of our award-winning Ice Cuvée sparkling wine followed by a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, all curated to reflect the theme of the dinner. Dinner themes are inspired by the seasons and their celebrations. One month the food menu may inspire the wine pairings, and the next month the wine menu may inspire the courses. Peller Estates Winery exclusive wines are highlighted, though certain treasures from our sister property’s portfolios may also be sampled.
Each dish is introduced by our Head Chef and each wine pairing is explained by one of our in-house wine experts. Guests will receive a theme-related bottle of wine to take home at the end of the experience. Don’t miss out on this extraordinary dining experience!
