Step into a multi-sensory journey where sparkle meets scent. Your experience begins as you descend down the sparkling ramp, setting the stage for what’s to come. At the base, your host welcomes you by opening a bottle of Trius Brut with a sabre before pouring a celebratory first taste. From there, you’ll move through the aroma wall, awakening your senses—before exploring Canada's largest sparkling cellar, where the story of each bubble comes to life. The experience continues in the Red Cellar, where a glass of Brut Rosé awaits. Here, the experience transforms. Guided by Orris Labs, you’ll create your own custom perfume, crafting a signature scent to take home. Guests will rotate through in small groups, with the option of creating either a 10ml or 30ml bottle selected at the time of booking.
