Enjoy a welcome sparkling and a selection of three 4oz glasses of Small Lot wines paired beautifully with bite-sized desserts crafted by Executive Chef Frank Dodd from Trius Winery Restaurant - the only MICHELIN Guide Recommended restaurant in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Delight in treats like macarons, vanilla shortbreads, chocolate covered strawberries, mini cheesecake bites, and decadent chocolate – each thoughtfully matched to enhance every sip.
