This edition celebrates the Adventurers of the Great White North - Three spirited Canadians who embody the thrill of exploration and the courage to push boundaries, guiding you on a bold journey through flavour. Begin with “Beyond the Horizon,” inspired by Mylène Paquette’s remarkable 129-day solo row across the Atlantic, a cocktail that captures her endurance and determination in every sip. Next, warm up with a sturdy cocktail, “The Happy Camper,” a rugged, fire-kissed creation honouring Arctic survivalist Jim Baird and his fearless treks through the frozen wilderness. Finally, strike gold with the “Yukon Cornelius” cocktail, a playful nod to the North’s most famous fictional prospector, whose search for treasure, and peppermint - ends in a glass worth toasting.
